The story follows the endangered relationship of an architect and his wife, a photographer. After being married for 10 years, they have lost all emotional connections with each other. However,they both still want to save their marriage so they resort to extreme measures to revive their attraction for one another and rekindle their dying passions. They experiment with other partners and what happens is a matter of exchanging partners that resorts into an explosive climax of uncontrolled carnal desires.

1st Time Movie

Tatlong magkakabukod na mga "kuwentito" ang bumubuo ng 1st time, na pawang umiinog sa mga unang karanasan sa pagtatalik nina Diane (Jen Rosendahl), Cris (Gwen Garci) at Jane (Myles Hernandez). Si Diane ay may reputasyong "nagkakalat" ngunit napapaniwala niya ang kanyang barkada at dorm mates na siya ay birhen pa kahit "ang lahat ay nagawa" na niya kung kani-kaninong lalaki maliban lang sa "iyon." Bagama't mayroon siyang boyfriend, ang gusto niya diumanong maging kapareha sa "first time" ay ang basketball star na si JM, na nilalait naman siya dahil sa kanyang reputasyon. Si Cris naman ay isang TV producer na hahabol-habol sa photographer na si Chino Lee (Joel Torre) na diumano'y gusto niyang itampok sa kanyang TV show. Pumayag si Chino ngunit dahil sa akala niya'y uhaw lang sa "adventure" si Cris, ang singil niya sa babae ay ang gamitin ito sa kanyang mgapictorialsniyang nagtatampok ng mga hubad na babae. Pinapaniwala naman ni Jane ang lahat na siya ay laging may kalaguyo nguni't nagpapatansya lamang pala siyang mag-isa sa kuwarto niya.
